    After connecting, please select your language, choose the premium service option, and follow the instructions to enter your 6-digit access code. You will then be transferred to the next available agent without waiting.

    Please note that your access code is valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase and is for single use. If your call is interrupted, you may call back and resume your session within the first minute after disconnection. Two call-resume options will be available.

    When using the Click-to-Talk option, available from any browser and across platforms, you may enter your phone number on the first screen before connecting. Your number will only be shared with the assigned agent. Please note that Click-to-Talk will open in a new pop-up window.
